Lomi Lomi massage is also known as loving hands massage. It is a traditional Hawaiian massage that combines nut oils, massage techniques, breathing and dance to soothe the body. This massage is based on the Huna philosophy, which focuses on our bodies and their healing process.

Our massage therapist begins the Lomi Lomi massage session by placing her hands gently on the client and staying still for a while. You might also be asked to take deep breaths that will help you relax.

More of your body is uncovered during the Lomi Lomi massage compared to Thai or deep tissue massage. The reason is that this massage requires the therapist to move in long flowing motions rather than working on a single body part at a time.
